I have learnt a lot about project management, learning and processes - one discovers many ways of doing things. I tested several different theories in practice and now have a better understanding of them. I got exciting and challenging tasks for which I was responsible, I also had the the possibility of getting guidance, which I probably would not have experienced in a company. The department is characterised by a safe, friendly and informal environment, and there is a really good atmosphere among all the employees. Personally, I have learned how to behave in an ‘adult working environment’. I have become more disciplined, and I’ve got more confidence.basta cykellås system — Martin Toft Rasmussen, Marketing Management, intern, spring 2015
